60Si2MnA is a commonly material for disc spring. Because of high silicon composition, 60Si2MnA's strength and elasticity is good, and its tensile strength is higher than 50CrV4.

50CrV4 is the most commonly material for disc spring. Because of high alloy composition, 50CrV4 has the best performance over the temperature range -15°C to +150°C. 50CrV4 has high strength, yield ratio, good toughness, high fatigue strength, It is suitable for high stress amplitude and strict fatigue performance requirements. Its fatigue life is higher than 60Si2MnA.

SUS301 is corrosion resistant material. The strength of such material is obtained by cold rolling, so maximum material thickness is 3mm. Cold rolling will also give the spring some magnetic properties. Situation for SUS301 is soft, Half hard, 3/4 hardness, and full hard.

SUS304 is corrosion resistant material. The content of C% is lower than SUS301, low hardness, non-magnetic, good elasticity, and good cold processing effect. Its Corrosion resistance is better than SUS301. And maximum material thickness is 3mm.

SUS316 is corrosion resistant material. Because of Mo%, the corrosion resistance of SUS316 is better than SUS304. But tensile strength is lower than SUS301 and SUS304. Because of High Ni %, the corrosion and temperature resistance of SUS316L is better than SUS316. And maximum material thickness is 3mm.

17-4PH is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. Because the strength can be obtained by aging treatment, so its material thickness can reach 3mm and above. It can work under- 200 degrees.

17-7PH is austenitic-martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. The strength of such material is obtained by work hardening and precipitation hardening. Its Corrosion resistance is higher than 17-4PH. And its material thickness can reach 3mm and above.

15-7PH is precipitation hardening stainless steel. Because of Mo%, its corrosion resistance is better than 17-7PH. However, Corrosion resistance of such precipitation-hardening stainless steels, such as 17-4PH, 17-7PH, and 15-7PH is worse than austenitic material such as SUS301, 304, and 316. But its thickness can reach 3mm and above.

30W4CrVA is kind of spring steel, good fatigue strength, high temperature, up to 500 degrees. But its corrosion resistance is worse than stainless steel.

H13 is hot-die steel, and is mainly used with bolts and nuts, high temperature, up to 600 degrees. But its corrosion resistance is worse than stainless steel.

X22CrMoV12 1 is a kind of thermally stable material. Because of heat-treatable molybdenum vanadium, its working temperature range is -60 °C to +350 °C. But Brittle fracture can cause premature failure of X22CrMoV12 1 disc spring.

INCONEL 718 is high temperature, up to 600 degrees, corrosion resistant, non-magnetic material. Such material has high toughness and fatigue strength. When designing such material. Disc springs, we must consider the characteristics of low tensile strength and small yield point, otherwise the possibility of load loss will increase.

INCONEL 750 is high temperature, up to 600 degrees, corrosion resistant, non-magnetic material. Such material has high toughness and fatigue strength. When designing such material disc springs, we must consider the characteristics of low tensile strength and small yield point, otherwise the possibility of load loss will increase. Depending on the acid conditions, we choose different materials, INCONEL 718 or INCONEL 750.

NIMONIC 90 is high temperature material, up to 700 degree, Because of high Ni %, its corrosion resistance is much better.
