High Temperature Belleville Disc Springs made of high temperature resistant material as Inconel 718 , 750 , Nimonic 90 , these Belleville Disc Springs are applied for high temperature from -50°C up to +500°C) environment, and ultra high temperature (from -250°C up to +700°C) environment.

Description

High Temperature Disc Springs are heat-resistant Belleville disc springs designed to maintain stable load, deflection and fatigue performance in elevated-temperature environments. HEGONG SPRING manufactures custom high temp disc springs using Inconel 718, Inconel X-750, Nimonic 90, H13 and other high-temperature alloy materials for valves, heat exchangers, boilers, industrial furnaces, petrochemical equipment and power systems.

Our high temperature Belleville disc springs are designed and manufactured according to DIN 2092, DIN 2093, GB/T 1972-2005 and ISO 19690. Standard and custom sizes are available with outer diameters from 6mm to 600mm and thickness from 0.2mm to 24mm. High Temperature Disc Springs are widely used in Valves, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Industrial Furnaces & Ovens, Cryogenic Technology, Special Chemical circumstances, etc.

High Temperature Resistant Springs for Demanding Applications

In high-temperature equipment, ordinary spring materials may lose load, deform or suffer fatigue failure after long-term operation. High temperature resistant springs are selected to provide stable preload, compensate thermal expansion and maintain reliable force in compact installation spaces.
