What is the Application of Belleville Disc Springs in the Clutch for Bulldozers?

As a Belleville Disc Springs Exporter, share with you.

The bulldozer brake with belt organization is used, because the operation route of belt organization is longer and the fault rate is higher during use. The brake of the bulldozer using the hydraulic boost method simply fails due to problems with the hydraulic oil circuit. The bulldozers produced by our company widely use clutch disc spring brakes. The brake clutch replaces the traditional belt organization. Together with the disc spring instead of the hydraulic boost system, it effectively overcomes the defects of the belt organization and hydraulic boost method brakes.

Belleville Disc Springs

This kind of brake consists of automatic hub 1, transmission inner friction plate 2, transmission outer friction plate 3, driven hub 4, clutch pressure plate 5, brake inner friction plate 6, brake outer friction plate 7, brake housing 8, The brake compression plate 9, the Belleville disc spring 10 and the output shaft 11 are composed.

The brake housing 8 is fixedly connected with the bulldozer body, the driven hub 4 is fixed on the output shaft 11 through splines, is connected with the brake housing 8 through the brake clutch, and is connected with the automatic hub 1 through the transmission clutch.

The brake inner friction lining 6 and the brake outer friction lining 7 are placed at a distance, the inner edge of the brake inner friction lining 6 is connected with the driven hub 4, and the outer edge of the brake outer friction lining 7 is connected with the brake housing 8. The side of the brake pressure disc 9 opposite to the brake inner friction lining 6 and the brake outer friction lining 7 constitutes a pressure oil chamber, and the other side is connected to the brake housing 8 via a disc spring 10.

Clutch type Belleville Disc Springs brake

When the brake inner friction lining 6 and the brake outer friction lining 7 are compressed under the effect of the brake pressing disc 9 and the disc spring 10, the bulldozer driving wheel is in a braking condition. When the bulldozer is traveling, the hydraulic oil enters the pressure oil chamber on the left side of the brake pressure plate 9 and pushes the brake pressure plate 9 to move to the right, thereby spreading the brake inner friction lining 6 and the brake outer friction lining 7. At the same time, the clutch pressure plate 5 is faced to the left by the hydraulic oil input from the right side, the transmission inner friction plate 2 and the transmission outer friction plate 3 are compressed, and the power is transmitted from the automatic hub 1 to the driven hub 4, and then through the spline Transfer to the output shaft 11.

The bulldozer uses a clutch-type Belleville Disc Springs brake, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional belt brake organization and hydraulic booster brake system, avoids the safety hazards caused by the belt brake organization or hydraulic oil circuit defects, and improves the bulldozer The braking response speed and the reliability and safety of braking.
